We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fleet Technical Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide key administrative support to the Fleet department, ensuring efficient operations across various departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the motor trade, with a minimum of two years of office experience and previous experience in a similar role. Full clean driving license is essential. Exceptional administration skills, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, favourable mechanical knowledge, ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team, aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers, and demonstrated willingness to learn are all required.

Responsibilities include reviewing damage estimates and ensuring they align with vehicle repairs, cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with key suppliers, managing costs and expenditures to adhere to operational activities, taking ownership of supplier requests for parts, services, tires, and order numbers, collaborating closely with the Fleet Technical team, tracking and managing off-road vehicles, Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Tests (CVRT), and services, while maintaining NOF targets, generating weekly/monthly expenditure reports, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, taking responsibility for personal and colleagues' health and safety, and performing ad hoc duties as instructed by management.
