Position: Internal Sales Co-Ordinator
Reports to: Internal Sales Manager
Location: Dublin HQ, Santry, Dublin 9
Job Summary and Key Objectives
The Internal Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving sales and generating revenue through professional customer service and efficient order co-ordination and processing throughout all the relevant departments. Working with current and prospective customers, to develop mutually beneficial long-term business relationships. This role will involve developing both new and existing business by selling technical solutions in accordance with Camfil's strategy in the assigned sales area.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Work with current and future customer requirements for Camfil products and services.
* Efficiently input and coordinate customer orders to Sage 200 system in line with best practice and guidance of management.
* Show enthusiasm and willingness to learn how to become efficient with all other Camfil bespoke software platforms that generate customer reports and product performance analysis.
* Sell Camfil products and services to existing and potential customers and promote Camfil products as best in class across all segments and applications.
* Build, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships throughout the entire sales order journey.
* Provide product, service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests by customers.
* Interpretation of customer requirements and related customer documentation.
* Consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel to gain a full understanding of customer requirements.
* Proactively resolve customer issues in a positive way to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
* To achieve agreed goals and results within the given timeframe in line with the local Camfil and corporate strategy.
* Create and accurately maintain records of customer communications and status.
* Regular reporting and engagement with management.
* To strive for continuous improvement through feedback and proactive customer communications.
* Cooperate closely across all the sales teams and other relevant teams to coordinate sales efforts which ultimately improve customer service and increase sales margin.
* To attend meetings, sales events and training sessions to keep up with the latest developments and best practices.
* To understand and work in accordance to Camfil's Owner's Directives and be conscious of our core competencies at all times.
Skills
* Previous experience in Sage 200 or other related systems is extremely advantageous.
* Previous experience with CRM systems desirable.
* Proficient and confident in the use of Microsoft office products. I.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
* Previous experience dealing with customers and customer service is desirable.
* Clear and effective communicator.
* Ability to work under pressure.
