About the Role
* This is a challenging position that requires strong organisational skills and ability to manage documents efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all documents conform to established standards and procedures. You will also prepare, operate, and update Document Control Procedures in line with the company's Document Management System.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents
* Effectively dealing with enquiries
* Compiling and maintaining construction records in good time, including RFIs, Technical Submittals, Delivery Dockets, Labour Statistics, Monthly Progress, BCAR Trackers, and Managing Stationary orders and IT access requests
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years experience working on a construction site in a similar role
* Good time management skills & ability to meet deadlines
* Strong organisational & communication skills
* Strong IT Skills
