A luxury hospitality group is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own IT operations across three hotel properties. This is a permanent, on-site role with full responsibility for stability, security, and performance in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of IT across all sites
Lead a small IT team and act as senior escalation point
Maintain PMS, POS, networks, servers, cloud, security, and backups
Manage vendors, budgets, licensing, and IT assets
Provide on-site support and join a shared on-call rota
Core Systems
Opera PMS, MICROS POS, networks/Wi-Fi, servers, security systems, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra.
Requirements
5+ years' IT experience with senior/management responsibility
Strong hands-on infrastructure experience (Windows Server, M365, Azure, networking, firewalls, virtualisation, backups)
Multi-site operational experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Full clean driving licence
Nice to have: hospitality/luxury hotel experience; Opera/MICROS expertise.
