Are you a skilled hospitality professional seeking a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and working closely with other department managers to provide operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily activities in the hotel, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Collaborate with other department managers to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant industry qualifications or certifications.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
