We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineering leader to drive the development and innovation of our products.
This is a key role within our high-performance engineering organisation, ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical design, systems integration, and team management.
* 9+ years' experience in mechanical design or systems engineering
* 2-3 years in a team lead or managerial capacity
* Proven experience in the aerospace, automotive, or other safety-critical sectors

Key Requirements:
