A Technical Sales Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Limerick/Clare based role supporting the sale, service and repair of mechanical and electrical engineering product. THE ROLE: This role will require a balance of strategic business development and relationship management, ensuring that existing customers continue to receive high levels of service while also uncovering new business opportunities. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and water services sectors. Proactively seek out new clients, developing a strong pipeline of potential customers. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing technical support and tailored solutions. Work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to develop cross-selling and upselling strategies. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management in an industrial, mechanical, or electrical setting. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, procurement professionals, and technical stakeholders. Experience working CRM systems. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
