You must be prepared to work in a constantly changing environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering best-in-class service to customers
* Dealing with customer queries and complaints
* Restocking display areas to ensure product availability
* Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness
* Managing point-of-sale processes and handling cash transactions
You will also participate in regular stock taking, including daily cycle counting and stock counts. Flexibility across various departments is required.
