Summary of RoleBring a good understanding of the Lending domain having worked in a similar capacity earlier. Have a good understanding of data structure, balance types, and other core banking concepts and how the system integrates with the Data Warehouse. Guide, handhold and groom the team of Business Analysts throughout the project. Interact with business users and technical team to capture data requirements. Document data requirements with their impact on downstream applications using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Blue Works, Lucid Chart, and MS Visio. Analyse and design solutions alongside Solution Architects. Provide feedback on test cases and support QA during testing. Support client UAT.ResponsibilitiesLead the engagement with business users to define scope and understand business processes, problem statements, and pain areas.Identify key stakeholders and construct stakeholder analysis to understand impact.Identify data‑related requirements and their integration with the warehouse.Determine data needed for surrounding systems and reporting.Recognise risks and propose mitigation approaches.Lead client requirement workshops, identify gaps, and propose realistic high‑level resolutions, within project scope.Guide business analysts in solution design, ensuring requirements are addressed and traceability matrix is updated.Make recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.Conduct research to support comprehensive solution development.Participate in final User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain.Assist in producing User Guides, SOP documents, process flows, and other collaterals.ExperienceHands‑on experience implementing a Transact system is a must.In‑depth knowledge of data structure and balance components for Transact.Detailed understanding of interfacing techniques within Transact.Good understanding of commercial and SME lending products such as Commercial Loans, Syndication and Mezzanine Finance.Design thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills.Experience documenting business cases, model processes, and eliciting requirements through workshops.Ability to manage projects from inception through design to delivery.Experience with Agile methodology.Strong collaboration, group dynamics and continuous improvement focus.Pro‑active, quick learner and ability to work effectively in multicultural, multinational teams.Positive attitude and skillful engagement with stakeholders to manage scope and expectations.Equal Employment OpportunityNTT DATA is an equal‑opportunity employer.
