We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our Planning team.
* Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting planning applications, delivering strategic planning advice and guidance on consenting processes and strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams in the preparation of environmental reports and EIARs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive town planning experience, expert knowledge of planning and environmental legislation, and corporate or chartered membership of the IPI/RTPI. They will also possess skills in preparing and submitting planning applications, drafting reports, feasibility studies, masterplans, and planning strategies for a wide range of projects, as well as experience working with client bodies including both private sector and public sector.
Requirements:
* Extensive town planning experience
