Inside Sales Territory Renewal Representative
Location: Cork, Ireland.

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Territory Renewal Representative is to maintain and grow revenue with our existing customers. This is inclusive of managing current renewals, upselling prepaid maintenance and reinstating lapsed customers. The Inside Sales Renewal Representative will create strong working relationships with the Quest Software sales team and other internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet quarterly assigned sales quotas by effectively managing the full sales cycle and leveraging cross‑functional resources.
Forecast & CRM Management: Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records in CRM systems (Siebel & Salesforce) for the assigned region.
Competitive & Growth Strategies: Defend against competitive pressures, uncover additional opportunities, and identify co‑termination and reinstatement prospects.
Customer & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Quest Software Renewals Management, Technical Support, Business Units, and field sales to ensure customer success and provide timely feedback.
Product & Industry Expertise: Build knowledge in specific technology areas (e.g., security, database, or systems management), stay updated on new solutions, and develop relationships with internal teams to better serve customers.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and German
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of inside sales, renewal or account management experience (software related industry is preferred)
Strong organization skills with an emphasis on territory management
Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment; must be a motivated self‑starter with the ability to handle a high volume of email communications and outbound calls
SaaS sales and customer success experience
