Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Chef for one of our clients based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. You will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts. You will also be responsible for the stock take and ordering of the pastry produce. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a similar role. Ability to work as part of a team and your own initiative. Excellent Communication, Time Management and Interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work 7am – 3pm 5 days a week. HACCP certified with a clear understanding of food safety standards. Creativity and passion for desserts and innovation. PACKAGE ON OFFER: A competitive hourly rate of €17.00 – €18.00 Per Hour. Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
