Brand New Store Opening
As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential.
You'll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership.
You'll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1s and by making a genuine connection with your team through celebrating success.
Responsibilities
Create an unforgettable customer experience and lead by example to coach the team.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement local business strategy and drive performance targets.
Define daily objectives, drive KPIs, and develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1s and celebrate team successes.
Qualifications

You are able to motivate your team and achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
You are inspiring and performance-oriented.
Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
Decision making and problem-solving skills.
