Access is currently looking for professionals working in early stages of the sales cycle (Lead Generator, Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, SDR, BDR, etc.) to join us as a Recruitment Consultant. Recruitment Consulting is very similar to sales: as a recruiter, you own the full sales cycle from prospecting candidates to managing relationships with them, negotiating, and closing deals, earning well-deserved commission on top of your basic salary.
We also know that early-stage sales professionals often feel stuck doing repetitive cold calls with no career progression and no long-term rewards. Here, it’s quite the opposite: no cold calls. The longer you stay with us, the less the role focuses on prospecting, and the more it focuses on managing the shifts of the professionals you have already hired.

 * 1–3 years of experience in an early sales cycle field (Lead Generation, BDR, SDR, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Representative).
 * A driven and motivated professional, ready to get on the phone and add commercial value to our company.
 * Proven success in a goal‑oriented environment (KPIs, targets, metrics).
 * Evident great communicator and negotiator.
