Job Title: Culinary Operations Director
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Director to oversee the restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all food and beverage aspects within the property, overseeing a team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff members. The successful candidate will also ensure that all guests' comfort and satisfaction are met.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience in full management in food and beverage operations in a 4/5-star hotel. You will be required to set service standards for daily operations in all food and beverage aspects of the property.
Additionally, you should have experience in managing a busy restaurant and bar, managing a team, and rostering. Stock control, stock taking, ordering, and deliveries are also essential skills for this position.
Able to cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible service and guest experience, you will also be required to train and up-skill the team in all areas of service and standards.
Professional presentation, polite manner, and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role. Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills are also essential.
Package on Offer:
We offer a competitive salary between €40,000 – €45,000 DOE, free parking, and meals on duty. Other benefits will be discussed at interview stage.
