Key Responsibilities:
* HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with European business goals, driving cultural transformation and organisational change.
* Cultural Development & Engagement: Lead post-restructure transformation, fostering a high-performing culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent across Europe.
* Organisational Change & Agility: Drive operational excellence and agility, designing and implementing harmonized reward and benefits structures that align with performance and market benchmarks.
* HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop a 12-member HR team across Europe, ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder management.
* Talent & Performance Management: Foster a culture of excellence, driving talent acquisition, learning, and development strategies that inform HR strategy and operational decisions.
* Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with European labour laws and risk mitigation, protecting the organisation's reputation and interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven senior HR leader with pan-European experience.
* Strong background in technology, software, or systems integration.
* Experienced in leading cultural transformation and organisational change.
* Highly autonomous, hands-on leader with strategic mindset.
* Skilled in scaling modern HR practices and operations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
* Deep understanding of European employment law and HR compliance.
* Open to travel extensively across Europe (40–50%).
