Site Manager (Mayo)
OCC Construction, a well established main contractor based in Galway, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead residential and commercial projects in Mayo .Following continued growth, the successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality projects from site set-up to completion.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers on-site.
* Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
* Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
* Coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams.
* Oversee quality control and maintain company standards on site.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor, ideally with a main contractor
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR and modern construction methods.
* Comfortable using IT Tools and construction management platforms.
* Ability to manage subcontractor packages effectively.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
