The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in supporting our chefs and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas
* Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment and dishwashers
* Assisting with basic food preparation when required
* Ensuring correct storage and handling of kitchen supplies
* Supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Being an ambassador for Pembroke Kilkenny, upholding our values of quality, teamwork, and hospitality

This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
