Role Profile
Applications are invited for the position of #003139 Business Analyst, Permanent Contract. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Head of Academic Systems, the Business Analyst will support the IT applications within the unit’s remit. The successful individual will possess or acquire in‑depth knowledge of these applications, the data they manage and rely upon, and the related business processes that enable them. They will gather sufficient information from business users, address issues in collaboration with Senior Business Analysts (SBA) and internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contribute to root cause analysis to avoid repetition of issues. The post holder will actively contribute to the development of this function as the unit’s remit expands and becomes more complex.

Remote Working Policy
