Specialising in social media, content creation, guerrilla marketing, and influencer partnerships, we're growing fast and looking for a creative and organised Influencer Campaign Manager to help us scale even further.About the RoleThis is an on-site, hands-on role for someone who thrives in the world of creators and digital culture. You'll take full ownership of influencer-led campaigns – from strategy and sourcing to execution and reporting. You'll work closely with internal teams, creators, and clients to ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay on-brand, and generate impact.What You'll DoPlan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platformsSource and engage with influencers, handling all outreach, negotiations, and contractsBuild strong relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers across various marketsCollaborate with content, creative, and strategy teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectivesAttend shoots and activations where relevant to oversee execution and capture behind-the-scenes contentTrack and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholdersStay on top of platform trends, emerging creators, and digital culture to keep our campaigns fresh and relevantWhat We're Looking For1+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital campaign executionDeep understanding of how creators operate across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and moreConfident communicator with experience in outreach, negotiations, and influencer relationship managementStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at onceA team player who's passionate about building culturally relevant, audience-first campaignsComfortable being on-site, attending shoots or brand activations, and working in a fast-moving agency environmentBonus Points ForExperience using influencer campaign platforms or tools (e.g. Upfluence, Traackr, GRIN, etc.)Familiarity with contract and usage rights for digital contentA keen eye for spotting new and emerging creator talentHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV and, where possible, include a portfolio or examples of past campaigns you've led or contributed to.
