Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and resolving third-party personal injury liability claims from notification through to settlement.
* Proactive management of a portfolio of claims while demonstrating exceptional customer service at all times, to both internal & external customers.
* Claims Relationship Management responsibilities including key client/scheme relationships.

Manage daily work flow ensuring customer charters are met.
Deal with claims in adherence to regulatory requirements such as CPC and CICA.
