Key Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations: staff management, inventory control, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a high standard of customer service across the team.
Train, mentor, and coach staff to encourage skill development and career advancement.
Monitor store performance and report regularly to senior management.
Use social media and local marketing to maximise sales and footfall.
Generate new customers through word-of-mouth, events and product demonstrations.
Set objectives, conduct appraisals and develop personal development plans for staff.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail environment.
Track record of managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
Confident leader who can motivate and inspire a team.
People-oriented, with a passion for retail sales and customer service.
Background in fashion, beauty, footwear or accessories.
