On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Implementation Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in software or SaaS implementation, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes.As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and a positive customer experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the client's software solution for new and existing customers.Configure and tailor the platform to meet client requirements and project objectives.Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for deployment.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.Collaborate with internal teams-including engineering, product, support, and sales-to ensure seamless delivery.Provide clear project updates, gather and address client feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.Ensure all implementation milestones are completed within agreed timeframes.Identify, track, and mitigate risks that may impact project success.Deliver training sessions and onboarding workshops to support client adoption.Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with any follow-up requirements.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in software or SaaS implementation, ideally within data-driven or workflow-based platforms.Demonstrated ability to manage implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.Working knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to understand client needs, problem-solve effectively, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or process-related implementation issues.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.Proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.If this sounds of interest to you, please reach out today for further information
