Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Service/ Scheduling Coordinator to join the Service Department of a well-established Irish-owned fire & security company.
In this role, you'll be central to ensuring the smooth running of operations, from scheduling PPM calls for the engineering team and liaising with contractors, to raising PO's, placing orders with suppliers, and providing support with quotes for small works.
Responsibilities: Schedule PPM calls for an assigned team of engineers.
Interact and schedule to site Pioneers network of contractors for Preventive maintenance or Reactive callouts.
Raising and issuing PO's to engineers for restocking of vans or for new orders.
Placing orders with suppliers where required.
Quoting Clients for small day works if required (Full assistance from management on this).
Managing engineer's day to day assignments and assisting other departments if and when required.
Review Engineer PPM dockets and reports.
Provide temporary cover for Service department colleagues if they are on leave.
Reporting to your line manager with regular updates on PPM scheduling progress.
Reactive visits and feedback on general operations.
Liaising and responding to client communication in an efficient manner.
Requirements: Previous experience in administration, planning, or service coordinating.
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, scheduling/database systems).
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Understanding of logistics or scheduling in a regional field service setting.
