Role Description
The MAC Retail Artist role is a full-time on-site position located in Dublin. As a Retail Artist, you will provide exceptional customer service by offering expert makeup application, skincare advice, and personalized product recommendations. You will engage with clients to understand their unique needs, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, staying updated on the latest beauty trends, and assisting in meeting sales and performance goals. Qualifications
* Proficiency in makeup application, color matching, and general knowledge of cosmetics
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Sales acumen, including the ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
* Knowledge of trending beauty techniques, skincare, and product usage
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain attention to detail
