Regional Partnerships Manager Ireland – Code Institute

Overview

The Regional Partnerships Manager role is dynamic and strategic, responsible for driving business growth and establishing Code Institute as a key player within local education and skills ecosystems. The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in the regional education ecosystem, working closely with ETBs, employers, and government agencies to position our courses effectively and achieve business objectives. The role combines new business development and account management. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing EdTech company. This role is remote-friendly but you might be asked to come to the office from time to time.


Key Responsibilities

* Market Engagement & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on local market trends, skills requirements, and economic drivers within the assigned territory.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including ETBs, Skillnets, and Regional Skills Fora.
* Business Development with ETBs: Establish and nurture relationships with ETBs, focusing on developing supercentres that deliver a range of our courses, including recognised qualifications, short courses, bootcamps, and future products.
* Employer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage local employers, promoting short-form courses and part-time bootcamps as workforce development solutions.
* Sales & Alignment: Achieve corporate sales targets through tailored solutions that align with employer requirements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for local market needs, leveraging Code Institute’s status as an Ofsted-"Outstanding" provider.
* Brand & Market Presence: Promote brand awareness and market penetration within the territory through targeted campaigns and events; represent Code Institute at industry events, webinars, and on social media as a thought leader in education and skills training.
* External Representation: Respond to external event requests and contribute content to industry publications.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Revenue
* Engagement Levels: Increase event attendance, webinar participation, and social media engagement
* Partnerships: Establish a targeted number of new partnerships with local skills providers, businesses, and other stakeholders
* Feedback: Achieve positive qualitative feedback from at least 80% of partners and stakeholders
* Business Impact: Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
* Thought Leadership: Secure invitations to participate in external events and contribute to industry content


Skills and Experience Required

* Proven experience in business development, particularly within the education, training, or skills sector
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educators, employers, and government bodies
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align business objectives with market opportunities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly within the territory
