Job Title: Health and Safety Professional
We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety within the utilities sector, with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH certification, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver health and safety contracts and policies
* Ensure inspections of projects are regularly undertaken and report any action points
* Organise daily workload and routes to ensure all projects are visited within a set time period
* Complete inspection reports to a high standard
* Upload and send inspection reports to relevant people
* Work alongside Contracts Managers and Project Managers
* Recommend prioritised actions for safety improvements
Requirements:
* A background in health and safety within the utilities sector
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in deep excavations
* NEBOSH certification
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a diverse group of stakeholders
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
* Full Driving Licence
