About You
Manager-level experience, ideally within a professional services firm
Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and practice
Proven ability to conduct detailed tax research and provide clear, well-supported advice
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Motivated to pivot to a more technical, internally focused role
Comfortable with limited client-facing responsibilities while still contributing to client outcomes
About Your New Role
Always
Develop and maintain a central repository of tax technical knowledge, precedents, and guidance
Curate and update technical summaries, training materials, and best practice documents
Conduct in-depth research on complex tax queries across multiple areas
Provide clear, well-supported technical positions and recommendations to client-facing teams
Monitor Irish tax legislation, case law, and Revenue guidance to ensure materials are accurate and current

Collaborate with senior tax professionals to capture evolving interpretations and practical insights
Act as a technical resource and sounding board for client teams
Support high-quality tax advice and internal decision-making

Assist with ad-hoc internal projects or initiatives to enhance knowledge management
