Job Title: Chief Security Officer
The role of the Chief Security Officer is a pivotal one in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and maintaining procedures to prevent/minimise loss from theft and other safety risks.
* Providing comprehensive training and education to all team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations.
* Overseeing daily security operations to achieve or exceed expectations.
* Ensuring Company compliance with regulations and licensing standards set by regulatory bodies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the security team, investigating any allegations of crime or breaches within the hotel, maintaining audit reports, and recommending system changes as necessary.
In addition to their leadership role, the Chief Security Officer will also be responsible for overseeing Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as coordinating the Company's compliance with data protection policies and procedures.
