Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking to take full ownership of mechanical packages on complex, high-value projects across Dublin?Your new company is a well-established mechanical contractor that continues to grow its delivery capability across commercial, healthcare, life sciences and mission-critical projects. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.This role will suit someone who is comfortable managing site teams, coordinating with main contractors and consultants, and maintaining strong control over programme, quality and commercial performance.For those keen to learn more, please contact Stephen at stephen@breaghrecruitment.com or call 01 531 4345.Mechanical Project Manager Skills:Strong experience delivering mechanical services packages on large construction projectsSolid technical understanding of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and mechanical systemsProven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal site teamsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing costs, variations and procurementConfident communicator capable of engaging with clients, consultants and main contractorsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct site teamsExcellent organisational and planning abilityStrong focus on quality, safety and programme deliveryAs a Mechanical Project Manager you will:Manage and coordinate the full mechanical project lifecycle from pre-construction through to testing and commissioningLiaise closely with clients, design teams, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure scope, programme and quality requirements are metReview designs and coordinate construction drawings to ensure buildability and complianceAttend site regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety and procurementEnsure mechanical installations are delivered in line with project specifications and change control proceduresMaintain ongoing control of project finances and commercial performanceSupport and guide site teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and company safety cultureChair and contribute to project meetings and provide clear progress updates to senior managementThe Package:Salary will be at least €85,000 DOE plus package.Interviews are taking place shortly, so if you are interested in this role, forward an up-to-date CV to stephen@breaghrecruitment.com or call 00353 (0)1 531 4345 for a confidential discussion.The Breagh Team:Breagh Recruitment are specialist construction and engineering recruitment consultants, providing experienced professionals to leading contractors across Ireland and the UK.
