Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Care Team Leader to join our residential Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for young people.
Main Responsibilities:
* Care Provision: Deliver high-quality care to young people, fostering strong relationships with care staff, young people, and their families.
* Centre Management: Collaborate with the Centre Management Team to maintain a warm, accepting, and secure environment, adhering to high standards of care at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Hold a Level 7 or above qualification registered with CORU.
* Experience: Possess two years' full-time relevant experience working with children/young persons.
* Licence: Eligible to drive in Ireland.
