Job Description:

The Supervisor of Microbiological Operations is responsible for the execution of microbiological testing and implementation of environmental monitoring programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role oversees the day-to-day supervision of laboratory personnel, ensuring accurate test results are released in a timely manner. The supervisor maintains documentation records and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

* 4+ years related work experience, including human relations skills to deal effectively with colleagues and department members
