This is an exciting opportunity to support the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment functions as a dedicated Operations and Compliance Coordinator.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure seamless operations. This includes maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and communicating with external parties.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain Records
Main tasks include keeping relevant files up-to-date and organized.
•Reporting and Analytics
You will generate periodic reports, KPIs, and statistics to track progress and performance.
•Communication and Collaboration
As needed, communicate with external parties and customers, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
•Administration and Support
You will administer Salesforce requests and approvals, maintain FSQ & HSE Intelex system, and update procedures and SOPs on relevant systems.
•Audit Support
Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
•Logistics and Operations
Coordinate laundry and locker services for medium care personnel.
•Additional Tasks
Perform routine tasks assigned by the QA function, such as swabs, metal checks, and audit preparations.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
• A third-level qualification in a science-related discipline (desirable but not essential).
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, systematic approach, with ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing demands.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• SAP and Intelex documentation system experience (desirable but not essential).
