SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Daily Rate Contract
Location: Dublin
Contract Length: 12 Months
Daily Rate: €500-€550 per day
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives for a leading organisation based in Ireland. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
2. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
3. Provide functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (see below)
4. Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities
5. Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support
6. Produce functional documentation and best-practice recommendations
7. Collaborate with technical teams, HR, and project stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
8. Proven hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
9. Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules, such as: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation
10. Experience working on end-to-end implementations and/or large-scale enhancements
11. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
12. Ability to work independently in a contract environment
13. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) highly desirable
