Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)Electronics/cable assemblyAbout Your New EmployerJoin a leading company in the electronic product manufacturing sector, recognised for continuous innovation and operational excellence.Advance your career in an ISO 13485-governed environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.Work with passionate, forward-thinking colleagues and be involved in impactful improvement projects.About Your New JobTake full ownership of shift operations, acting as the primary point of contact for all production, quality, health & safety, and facility matters.Supervise and support a high-performing team, coordinate workflow, and ensure manufacturing targets and key performance indicators are achieved.Actively involved in scheduling, training, performance management, continuous improvement, and clear end-of-shift reporting.Facilitate cross-training to enhance team flexibility, champion health & safety policies, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.Lead and develop your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and direct coaching in a dynamic electronic manufacturing environment.What Skills You NeedLevel 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.4+ years’ experience as a Production Supervisor, ideally in electronics/cable assembly.Proven people management abilities, including coaching, team building, and conducting performance or disciplinary meetings.Experience with Lean and/or automated manufacturing systems highly advantageous.Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.Flexible, energetic, and solutions-oriented attitude.Familiarity with ERP production systems (desirable).Strong awareness of health & safety best practices.What's on OfferPermanent, full-time position with structured evening shift hours: 16:30 – 01:00, Monday–Thursday; 15:00–22:00, Friday (38.5 hours/week).Competitive salary, continuous training, and development opportunities.Career path within a growing business committed to diversity, inclusion, and employee support.
