Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Launch Manager to lead the in-market launch and go-to-market execution of a new hiring technology product across France or Germany. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing Talent Solutions business, focused on driving awareness, demand, adoption, and advocacy in one of our most strategically important markets.
You will act as the in-country launch lead and marketing specialist, translating global product strategy into locally relevant, high-performing marketing programmes. Working closely with Product Marketing, Field and Growth Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and external partners, you will deliver measurable commercial outcomes and demonstrate clear ROI.
This role sits at the centre of regional growth initiatives, owning the end-to-end country launch plan and scaled programmes that support revenue goals and long-term product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
As the go-to launch lead for the LIHA product in France or Germany, you will:
* Own and deliver the country-level go-to-market strategy in partnership with Field Marketing, Regional Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Integrated Marketing teams.
* Build and execute scaled, multi-channel marketing programmes to successfully launch LIHA, driving awareness and demand in market.
* Localise global launch programmes to ensure relevance, resonance, and impact, incorporating local market insights and feedback.
* Partner with field marketing teams and external agencies to deliver integrated, multi-touch campaigns aligned to launch and revenue objectives.
* Collaborate with in-country marketing stakeholders to identify market nuances, refine targets, and tailor execution plans.
* Lead and activate local influencer marketing initiatives.
* Manage and execute channel partner marketing programmes in market.
* Coordinate with Legal and Go-to-Market Enablement teams to ensure all customer-facing materials address local regulatory requirements with confidence.
* Measure programme effectiveness and business impact, reporting results to senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Basic Qualifications
* 5–10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with proven success delivering country-level go-to-market and campaign execution (technology or SaaS preferred).
* Native or near-native French or German, with strong English for global collaboration.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with field marketing, sales, and regional teams in a matrixed environment.
* Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality programmes at pace.
* 5+ years' experience managing complex marketing campaigns, coordinating multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in HR technology or learning and development platforms, particularly within large enterprise environments.
* Event and webinar programme management experience.
* Ability to operate as both a strategic marketer and hands-on executor.
* Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across international teams.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Data-driven approach, with confidence tracking, analysing, and reporting campaign performance.
Key Performance Indicators
* Funnel performance:
Awareness, consideration, and adoption metrics for LIHA in France or Germany.
* Commercial impact:
Pipeline generated or influenced, revenue contribution, and win-rate uplift.
* Product adoption:
Active usage and feature adoption within target accounts.
* Programme success:
Event and webinar attendance, NPS, content engagement, and field toolkit utilisation.
* Execution excellence:
On-time delivery of launch milestones and programme deliverables.
