About the Role: Our stores are the life and soul of the business. They are the main touchpoints with our evolving consumer base. Store standards set the tone for our two brands, and the first-class experience must be a given.
To deliver this, we hire individuals who live our values, are obsessed with great service, and can adapt to change and evolution. The Supervisor plays a key role by leading through example and inspiring their teams.
Responsibilities Include
* Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
* Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
* Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exemplary store journey to customers.
* Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
* Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
* Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
* Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Ensure staff accountability for building a repeat customer base by delivering outstanding service.
* Ensure door-to-floor best practices with visual merchandising directives are executed and reviewed for consistency.
* Collaborate with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including possible successors.
About You
* You’ll have prior supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
* You’ll have people management experience with the ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements.
* You’ll be an effective communicator and able to build relationships easily.
* You’ll be a team player who recognises and celebrates contributions and achievements of others.
* You’ll be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
* You’ll work well with change and adapt quickly with pace.
* You’ll be energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the shop floor.
* You’ll approach issues with a “can do” mindset and take initiative to find in-store solutions.
