What You'll Lead & Inspire
* Champion a design-led vision across the organisation, ensuring that every digital interaction reflects a commitment to quality, community, and trust.
* Guide and elevate the UX team, creating an environment where designers can grow, innovate, and do their best work.
* Define the UX strategy that supports long-term business goals and strengthens the organisation's role within the communities it serves.
* Establish strong UX governance, enabling clarity, consistency, and excellence across products, platforms, and teams.
* Build momentum around design culture, raising awareness of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design.
* Discover and articulate customer needs, uncovering opportunities that shape more intuitive, seamless journeys.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners, bringing together insights, creativity, and technology to deliver solutions that matter.
Your Impact

Experience, Skills & Education
The ideal candidate will have:
* A qualification in IT, design, multimedia, or equivalent experience.
* A UX or HCI-specific qualification (a strong advantage).
* Experience leading and developing a design team.
* At least 3 years of hands-on UX design experience for mobile and web.
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
* Project management strengths and the ability to balance urgency with user needs.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS) and app store requirements.
* A solid understanding of visual design, identity, and brand expression.
