Key Responsibilities
The EMEA Senior Financial Accountant oversees financial operations, driving the company's performance through monthly financial close processes. Key areas include managing accounts receivable, collaborating with external payroll providers, and preparing comprehensive financial reports and statements.
* Complete the monthly financial close process for EMEA entities under US GAAP guidelines.
* Strategically manage accounts receivable to optimize cash flow.
* Partner with external payroll providers to prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with regulations.
* Support audits under both US GAAP and local statutory requirements (IFRS) by providing necessary documentation and insights.
* Develop and maintain various financial reports and statements aligned with local statutory and US GAAP standards.
* Prepare, process, file, and reconcile taxation filings and payments efficiently.
* Collaborate on testing and implementation of upgraded ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in setting up new entities in the region, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
