Job Description:
Become a key player in our showroom's sales team and drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing sales pipelines, and leading design-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own sales pipeline and report regularly to management.
* Meet with customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide tailored bathroom design solutions.
* Produce 3D and VR bathroom designs for clients (training provided).
* Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* Prior sales experience in the bathroom industry.
* Strong pipeline management and sales reporting skills.
* Computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems (3D/VR design training provided).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience creating design visuals or working in design-led sales environments.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently, using initiative without needing constant direction.
