Job Description
* Support Global Head with initiatives, projects, and budget adherence while ensuring compliance with company and AML policies.
* Oversee client integration process and manage sensitive queries from clients, investors, and internal departments.
* Manage team performance through regular meetings, coaching, and annual reviews, fostering professional development.
* Lead AML initiatives, participate in service review calls, and contribute to projects that support a global operating model.
* Champion innovation and change while promoting MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients, and Openness and Honesty.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in a business related field
* Internationally recognized AML qualification
* 10+ years of operations experience in financial services, AML, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial capacity
* Client/customer service management experience
* Proven people leadership skills
* Experience leading teams/departments, resource planning, driving change, developing and implementing procedures and controls in Investor Services, fund administration or related industry
