Lead Generation Specialist
to join their Sales team in Kerry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer service or sales support background who's eager to build a career in tech sales. A degree isn't essential — what matters is strong communication skills, drive, and a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
 * Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads, booking demos and meetings for the Sales team.
 * Support inbound and outbound campaigns, working closely with Marketing.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
 * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
 * Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their pain points, and establish key contacts.
 * Stay up to date on telecom and fraud management trends.
Requirements
 * Ideally 1+ year in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles (tech/software a bonus).
 * Proven success in phone-based selling or lead generation.
 * Familiarity with CRM systems and
 Microsoft Office
 tools.
 * Fluent English; additional languages are a plus (Spanish/French)
 * EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required for unrestricted travel.
 * Confident communicator, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
