We're looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager to grow solar sales in the Cork region. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for managing your own pipeline, closing deals, and expanding our presence in the commercial renewable energy market.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in solar PV for commercial and industrial clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* Work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure smooth project handover.
* Stay current with market trends, grants, and regulations affecting solar in Ireland.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, in solar or renewables.
* Strong technical understanding of solar PV and financial modelling (ROI, payback, etc.).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities independently.
* Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across Cork and Munster.
