Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop project design briefs and manage design development, coordinating with the design team and other consultants.
2. Manage levies and development contributions, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
3. Oversee compliance statements, commencement notices, Assigned Certifier appointments, and Ancillary Certifier roles.
4. Deliver construction phase projects, managing all aspects from initiation to completion.
5. Maintain a safe working environment, coordinating HS&E and managing PSDP and PSCS roles.
6. Plan and coordinate detailed programming of works, producing project execution plans and schedules.
7. Record progress and manage design changes, ensuring minimal disruptions.
8. Create and maintain subcontractor, material, labor, plant, and prelim schedules and trackers.
9. Procure contractors, materials, labor, plant, and prelim services, ensuring timely delivery.
10. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
11. Coordinate utility provider appointments and designs, ensuring seamless integration.
12. Manage BCAR documentation and certifications, facilitating smooth handovers.
13. Implement Site Taking in Charge procedures and hand over to Local Authorities.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Minimum 7 years' experience in project management or a related field.
* Degree qualified in Project Management/Civil Engineering or a similar field.
* Proven track record of delivering projects in safety-critical environments.
* Full Clean Driving License.
* Able to lead teams and manage contractors effectively.
