Responsibilities
:
1. Proactively research and identify data quality issues within the SailPoint Customer Identity Repository (CIDR) and other CIAM related tools.
2. Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, discrepancies and errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
3. Work closely with technical teams to implement data validation and cleansing rules.
4. Develop dashboards and visualizations tomunicate CIAM performance to stakeholders.
5. Perform root cause analysis of CIAM related findings and issues.
6. Monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts and adjust as needed.
7. Document all findings, remediation actions and lessons learned.
8. Create user stories, use cases and process flows to support CIAM development.
9. Ensure the requirements are clear, concise, and testable.
10. Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Strong understanding of CIAM principles, technologies and best practices.
12. Experience with Sail Point CIDR or other CIAM platforms.
13. Hands-on experience with integrating, designing and implementing IAM solutions.
14. Proven ability to structure and scope problems, determine analytical approaches, and identify solutions.
Required Qualifications:
15. Bachelor's degree inputer science or related field.
16. 4-6 years extensive experience in Business Analysis and Data Quality Analysis
17. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.
18. Ability to solveplex problems while effectivelymunicating technical concepts.
19. Analytical and problem-solving approach, with a focus on security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
