Sales Executive - Ireland

Remote | 30 hours/week (flexible) | €30,000 - €34,000 + uncapped commission
We manufacture sustainable landscaping, drainage and ground reinforcement products from 100% recycled plastic. Every product we sell is waste plastic that isn't going to landfill or the ocean. We've been doing this for over a decade and we're now expanding into Ireland.
We need someone to build upon our growing demand within the Irish market.
What you'd actually be doing:
* Finding and winning customers: landscapers, groundworks contractors, local authorities
* Owning the Irish market end-to-end, like your own patch
* Reporting directly to the founder, not through layers of management
What we're looking for:
* B2B sales experience. You know how to prospect, follow up, and close.
* Self-starter mentality. Whilst leads will be provided, this isn't just an order-taking role. You'll be hunting.
* Someone who genuinely cares about sustainability. If you just want to hit targets and don't care what you're selling, we're not the right fit.
