Service Management Lead
We are seeking an experienced Service Management Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of our service and maintenance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field engineers, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and maintaining high technical and service standards.

* A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or service management role within EAS, CCTV, security systems, digital signage, or related technical environments.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support field engineers.
* Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with SLAs, planned maintenance, and reactive service delivery is essential.
