HR Generalist
I'm working on a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist with strong end-to-end recruitment experience who wants to broaden their remit within a regulated
financial services environment
.
Approximately half
of this role will focus on recruitment
, with the remaining scope covering engagement, culture, performance, policy and wider HR projects — offering genuine development and a clear pathway to progress into a HRBP role.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing full recruitment cycles across multiple business areas (c.50% of the role)
* Partnering with managers and influencing hiring decisions
* Supporting engagement, DE&I and wellbeing initiatives
* Assisting with surveys, reporting and HR projects
* Ensuring all activity is compliant with financial services regulations
What you'll need:
* A minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience coupled with in-house recruitment experience
* Two years HR experience in
financial services, banking, or insurance
