Our Waterford store is our newest opening, and we're looking for a Store Manager who wants to be part of the journey from day one.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Waterford location. You'll be involved from pre-opening, hiring and training the team, setting standards, and leading the store through launch and beyond.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and lead the store team from opening
* Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment
* Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality
* Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste
* Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
* Maintain high operational standards on every shift
* Act as the main point of responsibility for the store

* Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
* Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
* Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
