Operations Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to manage all aspects of our production site. This key role involves overseeing the efficient operation of multiple production lines and staff, ensuring seamless execution of orders, and implementing best practices to drive productivity and excellence.
* Manage 3 high-volume production lines with a team of 55 staff members
* Develop and implement order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations
* Promote standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
Closely collaborate with senior leadership to ensure stringent food safety and health & safety standards are maintained. This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in operations management (5 years in manufacturing)
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field with knowledge of HACCP and BRC protocols
* Strong financial acumen and cost control skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members
